Shipping, Returns & Artwork Policy

Handmade Nature of the Artwork

Every artwork on this platform is handcrafted with care and intention. Many pieces are created collaboratively alongside young women from rural communities who are being trained through this initiative.

As a result, slight variations, textures, brush marks, handcrafted irregularities, or minor imperfections are part of the artistic and human nature of the work. These are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of handmade craftsmanship and the larger mission behind the artwork.

If you specifically prefer an artwork to be fully crafted solely by the founder artist, custom requests can be discussed separately before placing the order.

Pre-Dispatch Review & Customization

Before shipping, customers will receive detailed photos/videos of the final artwork for review.

Any customization requests, modifications, or concerns must be communicated and finalized before the artwork is dispatched. Once approved and shipped, further changes cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Damage Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping every artwork securely.

In the rare case that an artwork arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

To process damage claims:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share clear photos/videos of: the damaged artwork, the outer packaging, the unboxing process (if available)

We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video upon receiving the order to avoid disputes and help us resolve issues smoothly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and customized nature of the artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • slight variations in texture, color, or finish
  • handcrafted imperfections
  • change of mind
  • subjective preferences after delivery

Returns or replacements are only applicable in cases of verified transit damage.

Color & Artwork Variations

Please note that slight differences in color, texture, scale, or detailing may occur due to:

  • handmade processes
  • material availability
  • lighting during photography
  • screen/display variations across devices

Each artwork is unique and may carry subtle differences that make it one of a kind.

Processing & Creation Timeline

Many artworks are made-to-order or handcrafted in small batches.

As a result:

  • processing timelines may vary depending on artwork complexity
  • handcrafted collaborative pieces may take additional time
  • customers will be updated throughout the process when required

We appreciate your patience in supporting slow, intentional craftsmanship over mass production.

Supporting A Larger Mission

Every purchase contributes toward a growing ecosystem focused on creativity, skill-building, and livelihood opportunities for young women from rural communities.

By choosing handmade art, you are supporting not just an artwork, but a larger journey of empowerment, dignity, and independent futures through creativity.
